Nigeria in 2016 Budget

           Nigeria government is running up and down seeking for loan for 2016 budget, last 2 month they loan money from china and here is another loan in china again, the questions is, when is the 2016 budget is going to presented to the country, and we almost approaching end of the year, is Nigeria preparing for 2016 or 2017??????
